  • Full time hours- combination of office based and shift work
  • Salary from: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
  • Plus, additional £50 per night sleep-in payments
Experience and qualifications
  • Experience of working with children with complex needs within a residential setting
  • Hold a level 3 (Level 5 preferred) qualification in residential childcare
  • Full driving License

Due to progression within the company we are now looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for our service in Whitchurch.

Physis Quantum offer comprehensive residential care, education and therapy to children and young people who have experienced or are at high risk of exploitation.

What’s involved in the role?

Our young people tell us that we care. Really care for them. Providing guidance, reassurance and laughs along the way. On a daily basis you may be assisting young people to shop, take to school, go to the cinema and other tasks which can help them become more independent. Additional to this, as a Deputy Manager you will also be completing any relevant paperwork and duties as described in the Job description.
